Zapier is a great tool that can perform many time-saving functions. Below I will be walking you through how to connect a Google Sheet to a Mailchimp contact list using the tool.

Step 1: Create a Zapier account and login

Step 2: Click the “MAKE A ZAP” button in the upper left-hand corner

Step 3: Choose Google Sheets as the app for your trigger

Step 4: Choose New or Updated Spreadsheet Row as the trigger event

Step 5: Choose a Google account to connect to Zapier

Step 6: Choose the spreadsheet and worksheet you want to use

Step 7: Test the trigger to make sure everything is working correctly

Step 8: Choose Mailchimp as the app for the action

Step 9: Choose Add/Update Subscriber as the action event

Step 10: Connect your Mailchimp account to Zapier

Step 11: Choose how you want information to look in Mailchimp contact list

Step 12: Test the action event

Step 13: Turn on the Zap

Step 14: Use the Zap

After following these steps and turning on your Zap, each time that a row or column is added or updated on your spreadsheet, that information will directly move into your Mailchimp account.
